Account & Data Deletion — Loni Bk (लोणी बु.)

This page explains how residents can delete the data stored for them by the app “Loni Bk (लोणी बु.)” (com.mrutunjaystudio.smartpanchayat), published by Mrutyunjay Studio.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your name and everything you posted are permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request by e-mail

If you signed in with Google, e-mail us from that same address with the subject “Delete my data” and we will delete your account within 7 days. If you used the app as a guest we hold no e-mail address or mobile number to identify you by, so deleting from inside the app (Option 1) is the reliable route — but you may still write to us with the first and last name you entered and we will remove any matching records.

Your profile (first and last name, village selection)	Removed immediately
Complaints you filed, and any photos attached to them	Removed with your profile
This device’s anonymous app identifier	Signed out and discarded
Your device notification token	Removed; you stop receiving notifications

Data retention

After deletion we do not retain your personal data, except where a limited record must be kept to comply with law. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that do not identify you may be retained.
