Loni Bk (लोणी बु.) · Mrutyunjay Studio

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This is an independent community app for the residents of Loni Bk village. It is not an official application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any office, authority or public body. It does not provide or facilitate any official service, and it does not publish scheme, certificate or tax information. It is published by Mrutyunjay Studio.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “Loni Bk (लोणी बु.)” (package com.mrutunjaystudio.smartpanchayat), published by Mrutyunjay Studio (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, contact us at welldayreview@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

The app never asks for a mobile number, a password or an OTP. There are two ways in, and the first one collects no contact details at all:

DataWhy we collect it
First and last nameA display label so your own complaints are recognisable to you and to the village volunteer who reads them
Village selectionTo show you the correct village’s notices and meetings
Complaints you file (text, and a photo if you attach one)So the village committee can see and act on the issue
Anonymous app identifierOn the guest path only: a random Firebase anonymous ID created on this device, so your own complaints can be shown back to you. It is not linked to you, your phone, or any account.
E-mail address and profile pictureOnly if you sign in with Google. Used to identify your account across devices so your data can be restored and deleted. Never collected on the guest path.
Device push token (FCM)Only if you allow notifications — to send village announcements

We do not collect a mobile number, precise location, contacts, financial or payment card data, or health data. An e-mail address is collected only on the optional Google path. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not use the information you give us — your name, your village, your complaints or your photographs — to target advertising, and none of it is sent to the advertising system described in section 6.

3. How your data is stored

The app uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging and Hosting) to store data and operate the service. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. How we use your information

5. Sharing

A complaint you file is visible to the village committee volunteer who administers the app, so they can act on it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share the information you give us — your name, your village or your complaints — with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Advertising

The app shows banner advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Ads help cover the cost of running the app for the village.

To show an ad, Google receives your device’s advertising identifier together with technical information such as device type, operating system version, coarse region and IP address. This happens inside Google’s advertising system; the app does not send Google your name, your village, your complaints or your photographs.

We request non-personalised ads only, and we cap the content rating at G (suitable for general audiences), because this app is used by a whole village including children. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

How Google uses data from apps that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data only while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing us. Because there is no account, deleting simply removes the name and complaints stored against this device’s anonymous ID. See our Account & Data Deletion page for full steps.

8. Children

The app is intended for adult residents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at welldayreview@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
